The loss last night to the Detroit Pistons was not the only thing the Celtics lost, but also Kevin Garnett who left in the first quarter because of a knee injury. X-rays were taken at the Palace and revealed no fracture, but other tests will be taken back home to see how bad it really is. Garnett looked like he injured his knee when preparing for a dunk. “I know it’s a muscle, not a knee, which is good,” coach Doc Rivers said.
